Services

MalVron provides AI-powered marketing services, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, advertising, branding, and related add-on services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately with each client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, brand guidelines, and access to accounts required for us to perform the agreed services. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms, including any upfront deposits, retainers, or installment schedules, will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them, as outlined in their service agreement. MalVron retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

MalVron strives to deliver high-quality work but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to sales, leads, or follower growth. To the extent permitted by law, MalVron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active service agreement in accordance with the notice terms specified in that agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
